About Kris, The Owner.

Hi, I’m Kris Dane – bookkeeper, detail-enthusiast, and scuba diver (on my days off). I grew up in Florida, earned a degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech, and later completed my Masters from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Along the way, I spent years managing finances and operations for businesses, developing a skillset that blends big-picture strategy with laser-focused detail.

Bookkeeping clicked for me because it matches my love of precision and people. I thrive on helping business owners make sense of their finances so they can thrive in what they do best. And because Dane Bookkeeping is fully remote, I even get to combine work with one of my other passions – traveling with my wife.
